We have exciting news! We launched TIPPS Coaching, a mentoring program for 1st year college students! Through interactive workshops and coaching relationships, students are learning and practicing valuable skills that will help them succeed in today’s ever-changing environment.
TIPPS Coaching exists for the purpose of networking, mentoring and mutual growth for students and successful professionals. Through our programs, TIPPS aims to reduce the stresses and obstacles that cause many college students to drop out after their first year.
Through one on one meetings and TIPPS Coaching Mixers facilitated by TIPPS Leadership Program, students participate in relevant and practical coaching. TIPPS Coaching Mixers help students learn how to build resumes, interview with confidence, manage their money and learn mindset principals for success. Working with their coaches, students are learning the ins and outs of corporate America, entrepreneurship, management, sales, engineering, medicine and more.
TIPPS Coaching opens doors for students who could use a little leverage to make their stamp on the world! TIPPS Coaches come from all different career backgrounds. Filmmakers, CEO’s, doctors, entrepreneurs, engineers and beyond have joined together to make a difference. TIPPS Coaches create a tipping point in students’ lives by helping students envision a possible future for themselves and then supporting them in their journey.
Currently, 1 in 10 Idaho teens graduate from college. TIPPS is changing that sad statistic by engaging directly with 1st year college students. We are grassroots, enthusiastic and ready to make students’ dreams a reality!
